As a floral designer, I live for color! When we started the floral planning for this September wedding at Trapp Family Lodge, the blues, whites and greens were our jumping off point, and as plans continued to develop, we added some touches of peach and orange into the mix to really add a pop of seasonal flair with a vivid contrast to the setting.
Featured flowers here include peach and orange dahlias, blue delphinium, orange and white roses, blue hydrangea, thistle, hypericum, ranunculus, anemones and stock. I really dig the oranges and blues with the peaches, whites and greens. And the linens from Vermont Tent Co. added that extra special touch of blue to the tables.
Summers are naturally a busy time for weddings in Vermont, but end-of-summer and into fall foliage season we are still working on some fun events! Like this beautiful palette for an absolutely perfect late summer day in Stowe, Vermont!
