It was an incredibly beautiful October day for Kristen and Chris’s wedding at The Round Barn. The sun was shining, the temperature was warm and love was in the air. This local Stowe, VT couple had a color palette with a nod to fall, but not an autumnal theme, so touches of lavenders and blues added a bit of contrast. There were happy guests exploring the grounds as the couple took photos before the ceremony and as the band was warming up in the barn it was clear that this was going to be a fantastic party!
The bride carried a bouquet of orange dahlias, yellow callas, red spray roses, fresh lavender, freesia and ranunculus with hypericum berry accents.
The bride did not have a traditional bridal party, but there were 3 adorable flower girls!
Wooden benches brought a rustic, Vermonty touch to the outdoor ceremony.
Guests were asked to select a stone to hold during the ceremony.
Colorful centerpieces included lilies, roses, dahlias, freesia, delphinium, sweet William and lavender.
Small mason jars added a little color to the cocktail tables.
The lighting in the barn by Sperry Tents was such a nice touch!
Candy favors in little burlap bags were a sweet take-home treat for guests!
Congratulations to Kristen and Dobby! I am sure you and your guests partied the night away! The day could not have been more beautiful and I hope it was perfect in every way.
